When a user enters the library, their
card number, along with the corresponding book barcode if applicable, is
entered into the gate register. The Koha software validates the card number,
and if correct, displays the user's data or image from the library's database.
Simultaneously, the system records the user's entry. The same procedure is
followed when a user leaves the library.
